DallasGo, the new online payment platform, has launched!

Use DallasGo to pay your Dallas Water Utilities bill and other City of Dallas bills.

Here's how to get started:

  • Click here to register on DallasGo. All you will need is the account number and the service address as they appear on your bill. When adding your account to your profile, you will be asked to provide your House Number. For example, if your address is 1234 Main Pl, you will enter only "1234" in the the House Number field.
  • If you were previously registered for automatic payments and you want to continue using this convenient option, you must re-enroll in AutoPay. 
  • Customers who prefer not to use DallasGo can continue to make payments by mail, by phone, in person at Dallas City Hall, at an authorized pay station or in the drop box outside City Hall in the driveway between Young Street and Canton Street.

If you need help with obtaining your account number or have questions about registering for a DallasGo profile, you can click here to request assistance. You may also call DWU Customer Service at 214-651-1441, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Utilice DallasGo para pagar sus facturas de Servicios de Agua de Dallas y de otros servicios de la Ciudad de Dallas.

A continuación le indicamos cómo utilizar la nueva plataforma:

  • Haga clic aquí para registrarse en DallasGo. Todo lo que necesitará es el número de cuenta y la dirección de servicio tal como aparecen en su factura. Cuando añada su cuenta a su perfil, se le pedirá que indique su número de casa. Por ejemplo, si su dirección es 1234 Main Pl, introducirá sólo 1234 en el campo Número de casa.

  • Si anteriormente estaba registrado para pagos automáticos y desea seguir utilizando esta cómoda opción, deberá volver a inscribirse en AutoPay. 

  • Los clientes que prefieran no utilizar DallasGo pueden seguir realizando los pagos por correo, por teléfono, en persona en el Ayuntamiento de Dallas, en un punto de pago autorizado o en el buzón situado fuera del Ayuntamiento, en la entrada entre Young Street y Canton Street.

USACE Determination of Above Ground Historic Properties Present Within the Area of Potential Effect of the Proposed Cadillac Heights Levee

In order to identify historic properties that may be affected by undertaking, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Ft. Worth District conducted an architectural survey of the area of potential effect (APE) for the proposed construction of Cadillac Heights Levee.  The USACE Ft. Worth District is soliciting comments from all parties having an interest in undertaking's effect on historic properties. Comments support, opposing, or identify concerns with the survey methods or results will be considered by the USACE.

Water Conservation:

The maximum twice-weekly watering schedule is in effect year-round. From April1 to October 31, no watering with hose-ends sprinklers or automatic systems is permitted between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Visit SaveDallasWater.com for more details.

Dallas Environmental Education Initiative (EEI) - This program is offered by the City of Dallas to educate school children on the importance of water conservation and recycling. Lessons are currently available to registered DISD schools for Kindergarten to 5th Grade classes.
