Resubmittal Fees are as follows:
303.5.1.4.1 Resubmittal Fees Involving Approved Fire Alarm Plans. Any resubmittal of approved plans must pay a new plan review fee based on the total number of new and/or changed alarm initiating and/or signaling devices. The cause for resubmittal may be due to but not limited to architectural, field, construction or contractor changes.

303.5.1.4.2 Resubmittal Fees Involving Denied Fire Alarm Plans. If the city denies a fire alarm permit, the first resubmittal of the denied plans is free. Each subsequent resubmittal of denied plans must pay ½ of the original plan review submittal fee.
