By paying your fine on this website you understand:

1.   No online payments will be accepted for:

• Defensive Driving
• Deferred Adjudication
• Cash Bonds
• Juvenile Cases
• Payment Plans
• Payments for Individuals in Custody

        These cases must be handled in person at the court.

2.   You have waived your right to a trial.
3.   A plea of No Contest and a disposition of Guilty will
      be entered on your case.
4.   All payments will be posted the following work day;
      payments can be verified by calling 214-670-0109.
5.   Fines and/or warrant payments paid on a Friday,
      will not post until the following workday.
6.   The Court is not responsible for late payment.

I hereby understand that in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), case payment will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
