Illegal Fence This service request is used to report a violation on a fence that is barbed wire, cyclone, illegally placed, illegal height (4 ft limit in the front, 9ft in rear) or sub-standard/falling down.

 

Illegal Fence - Apartments APARTMENTS ONLY...report a violation on a fence that is barbed wire, cyclone, illegally placed, illegal height (4ft limit in front, 9ft in rear) or sub-standard/falling down.

 

Illegal Land Use Use this service request to report illegal land use which includes no Certificate of Occupancy, land use that violates zoning ordinance; specific use permit, illegal business in a residential area, people living in a trailer at a residence. Church operating illegally at residence or building.

Illegal Outside Storage Use this service request to report illegal outside storage. Old appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, etc) junk, building materials or any item that will deteriorate under normal weather conditions. No more than 5% of yard space is allowed for the storage. RV's can be parked in the front driveway. Trailers, boats and motor homes may park in the back or side yard behind the building line and must be parked on approved surface. To report appliances such as refrigerators please call 311.

Paving Petition - Unimproved Street - New Request concrete paving of an asphalt street that does not have curbs, gutters or sidewalks.

 

Report Construction Without a Permit Use this service request to report violations for construction being done with no building permit posted. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED to erect, construct, add to, alter, repair, replace, move, improve, remove, install, convert, demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain a structure or building service equipment.

 

Sidewalk Petition – Non Existing Sidewalk To request the installation of sidewalks on public streets.

 

Substandard Structure This service request is used for reporting occupied or unoccupied residential and commercial, detatched garage, storage building or carport in need of repair, broken windows, torn screens, structure not in weather tight condition, including in need of paint, or any other dilapidated condition.
