Harlan Building

2018 Cadiz Street

The Harlan and Pure Ice Buildings were constructed in 1914 by pioneer produce dealer William Ellis Harlan, Sr​ in what was then mostly a residential neighborhood. Soon after completion, other produce related businesses located in the area, establishing the site to be known as the Dallas Farmers Market.​​
