The Higginbotham-Bailey Building is a simplified Renaissance Revival, Chicago School warehouse structure, designed by Dallas architects Lang and Witchell​. The Higginbotham-Bailey Company was involved in the founding of the Dallas Garment ​District in the West End. ​​​
