On June 27, 2018, the City Council approved the amendments to Article X The Landscape and Tree Conservation Regualtions.

City Plan Commission Workshop 

  • On February 16, 2017, ZOAC recommended to move the amendments to CPC
  • On April 27, 2017, CPC was briefed on an overview of Article X and key amendments.  Briefing​
  • On June 8, 2017, CPC was briefed on Article X  Division 51A-10.100 and Division 51A-10.120 proposed amendments.  Briefing​
  • On June 22, 2017, CPC was briefed on Article X, Division 51A-10.130.  ​Briefing

  • On July 13, 2017, a CPC Workshop was held for briefing and discussion of Article X, Division 51A-10.100, "In General" and Division 10.120 "Landscaping".  Briefing
