CD No. 12, the Belmont Addition Conservation District is on property generally bounded by lots on both sides of Llano Avenue, Skillman Street, the lots on both sides of Belmont Avenue (excluding the south side of Belmont Avenue between Greenville Avenue and Matilda Street), and Greenville Avenue.

  • On August 16, 2018, the City Plan Commission initiated an Authorized Hearing on property zoned Conservation District No. 12, the Belmont Addition Conservation District to consider amending density requirements to allow accessory dwelling units as regulated in Section 51A-4.510.
