The Current Planning Division is responsible for the review and processing of zoning requests, subdivision and platting issues, zoning variances, special exceptions, and use termination cases, development code amendments, notification for public hearings, annexation, custodian of the official zoning maps, and street name changes. Staff support is provided for the Board of Adjustment, City Plan Commission, the Zoning Ordinance Advisory Committee, and affiliated subcommittees, and task forces.
