The zoning map images previously  accessed from this web site are no longer valid and have been removed. If you wish to view the base zoning districts of any given property located within the City of Dallas please use the City´s Interactive Map link.

NOTE: Only base zoning districts (for example, R-7.5(A), MF-2(A), MU-1, PD 374, etc.) and active specific use permit (SUP) districts can be viewed using the interactive maps.

You can purchase a DVD that will have all the Zoning Districts and Overlays through the GIS division of Development Services at (214) 670-3895 or (214) 670-4209 to confirm availability.

DVD is published quarterly and sells for $22.75 if you come to our office in City Hall: 1500 Marilla St Room 5CN. If you choose to have the DVD mailed to you we will provide that service if you submit your request in writing along with a check for $24.75 (2.00 covers shipping/handling costs). The information is only viewable with free ArcReader software you can download from the ESRI website.
