Meeting Room Reservations

The West Dallas Multipurpose Center has meeting space available for use.

Organizations utilizing the WDMC facility must be a private, nonprofit (501C3), public, educational or voluntary community organization. Reservations can be made up to one month in advance and are scheduled on a first- come, first-served basis.

Reservations are taken Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Meeting rooms are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM

NOTE: Weekend activities must be arranged in advance, and will be assessed a fee for security
and custodial services.
