LAKE HIGHLANDS TRAIL COMMUNITY MEETING
The City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department will host a community meeting on Tuesday, October 25th at the Lake Highlands North Recreation Center from 5:45-7pm to discuss the future of the Lake Highlands Trail. The potential to add both north and south connections to the Trail is one of the topics of focus. October 10, 2016
JOINT HIGH-SPEED TRAIN COMMUNITY MEETING
Texas Central will provide information on the proposed, privately developed high-speed train project between Dallas and Houston at Churchill Recreation Center (6906 Churchill Way) from 6:30-7:30pm on Monday, October 10th. Councilmembers Kleinman, Gates, and McGough and City staff will be on hand to receive comment.

City staff will help facilitate two community meetings to discuss the 2017 Bond process and city needs inventory. This is a great opportunity to share with City staff and my office the needs of District 10. Let's be certain the needs of District 10 are made a priority.

DISTRICT 10 QUALITY OF LIFE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN
At the 'State of the District' meeting, I formally announced our ALLinD10 initiative and 10 point accountability plan. The first five points focus on quality of life issues and the last five points are geographical areas of interest.
Collectively we have 'Accomplished' quite a lot in the last year and I am excited to work towards our 'Next Steps' in the year to come.
