Mayor Mike Rawlings delivered his eighth and final State of the City address on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, at the Dallas Regional Chamber luncheon presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas. The mayor spoke on Dallas' progress, challenges and plans for the future in a conversation with Dallas Morning News Deputy Editorials Editor Rudy Bush.
