This summer, Mayor Mike Rawlings joined a group of children from the Dallas Mayor’s Youth Fitness Initiative (MyFi) in recording a short video for the 2012 Aetna Voices of Health online video competition. Please click here to watch the video and cast your vote.
Inspired by Martin Luther King, Jr., the video competition spotlights 30 nonprofit organizations from across the country, and allows them to showcase the work they are doing to promote equality in health care and empower people to live healthier lives. MyFi’s video features Mayor Rawlings sharing his thoughts on the program, as well as many MyFi participants and coaches in action at parks and recreation centers around Dallas.
We appreciate your support by spreading the word and voting for MyFi here. With each vote, MyFi will get closer to winning $30,000—that will go a long way toward our mission to help Dallas kids become the healthiest in the nation!
Please note: every email address is allowed to vote 10 times.
