The Department's goals are to:

- NOTICE OF REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD FOR SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENT NO. 14 to the Consolidated Plan and Action Plan on proposed use of the City’s Community Development Block Grant Program and amended application for CDBG HUD Section 108 Guarantee Loan funds for $13,350,000 for the Lake Highlands Town Center project including development of commercial space and job creation in the 7140-7160 blocks of Skillman St.
