Housing Department - Single-family Housing Infrastructure Bond Program

The Housing Dept. provides cost participation funding for infrastructure to support development of affordable single-family housing within new mixed-income subdivisions of 100 or more units. Applications are accepted in response to a Request for Application published by the Department. The application period is to be determined as funds are available.
