City to local, regional, state and federal levels of government and other independent agencies; to develop and manage the City's state and
federal legislative agendas; to protect the interests of the City by coordinating with departments to develop appropriate responses to
state and federal legislative matters; and to maximize opportunities for acquiring and leveraging outside resources.
