The Ethics Advisory Commission (EAC) has jurisdiction to review and make findings of fact as necessary for the disposition of a complaint alleging violations of Chapter 12A of the Dallas City Code (Code of Ethics) against any person subject to those provisions. The EAC holds regular monthly meetings at a location within City Hall at the scheduled time on the third Friday of each month.
