The Permit and License Appeal Board (PLAB) hears appeals from denial, suspension or revocation of a license or permit issued by a city department director and filed in accordance with Section 2-96 of the Dallas City Code. PLAB hearings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 8:30 a.m. in Room 6ES, City Hall.
