Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing Agent of the City of Dallas, 1500 Marilla Street, room 3FN, Dallas, TX 75201, until 1:00 P.M. on Thursday and the bids will be publicly opened at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday in the Express Business Center, room L2ES at City Hall. The bid titles, department and dates of public opening are listed below. Bid Plans and Specifications may be obtained from the Department.

Paving & Drainage Improvements: Sudbury Drive from Skillman Avenue to
Norris Street; Bremen Street from McCommas Blvd to Deadend; and
Alley Improvements between Kingsbury St and Winchester St from
Freemont to Berryhill

Pre-Bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m., at 320 E. Jefferson Blvd., Room 303. Attendance of all prospective bidders is strongly encouraged.

Plans and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Department of Public and Transportation, 320 E. Jefferson Blvd., Room 307, Dallas, TX 75203. Cost for Plans and Specifications is $15.00 per set (non-refundable). Sets could be purchased by Cash, Cashier’s Check or Money Order, made payable to City of Dallas.
