Offers professional technical, administrative, and managerial support services to the section in order to provide more effective and efficient operating services in achieving the goals and objectives of the Stormwater Management program.

Administration
As the City of Dallas' MS4 (Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System) operator, a primary responsibility of the Administrative Operations Service Team includes coordinating cooperative efforts between various City of Dallas departments to comply with a range of tasks associated with the MS4 permit. All correlated costs of tasks associated with the MS4 permit are reimbursed wholly by the Storm Drain Management Fund.
Customer Response Management System
Citizens can report spills or illicit discharges to a CRM Customer Service Representative by dialing 311 or on the City of Dallas 311 System online. Stormwater Management responds to these calls in a timely manner and ensures that the spill or discharge is contained and effectively cleaned up. Potential clean-up methods include:
