Application Submission Process

Parties interested in applying for funding through the Loving My Community Grant must submit four (4) copies of a completed application packet by 5pm on the due date to the Office of Strategic Customer Services. Applications should be submitted in one of following manners listed below.

Email material in Adobe PDF format no larger than 3MB to:
lovingmycommunity@dallascityhall.com
(Note: signature MUST be included on application cover page)

Due to the size of City Hall, we strongly recommend that applications mailed be postmarked at least three (3) days prior to the deadline to ensure they are received on time. All applications received after 5pm on the deadline date will be automatically rejected.
