Fiscal Year 2007 ICMA Benchmarking Presentations
City of Dallas departments have participated in the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) Center for Performance Measurement benchmarking project since 2004.  This project helps local governments improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public services through the collection, analysis and application of performance information from over 150 participating jurisdictions in the United States.  The presentations below show significant findings from departmental analysis of data compiled by the Center for Performance Measurement from participating jurisdictions 2007 fiscal year.
