Once a service request is entered, it is assigned a unique service request (SR) number used for tracking and accountability purposes. The request is then forwarded to the appropriate department to resolve the concern.
If you are unsure or cannot find an appropriate service request category on either our website or mobile app, please call 311. Also, if you feel that your request is urgent or hazardous in nature, please call 311. Agents are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you cannot reach us by dialing 3-1-1, you may dial 214-670-3111 and a Customer Service Agent will be glad to assist you.
