We’re here to help!  Dallas 3-1-1 is a simple, three-digit number to call for help with almost any non-emergency issue.  Dallas 3-1-1 has Customer Service Agents available 24 hours a day to assist with submitting any of the available service request types offered by the City.  The most common service requests reported to Dallas 3-1-1 include litter, missed trash or recycling collection, water/wastewater line locate, parking violations, right-of-way obstructions, and bulky trash violations.  Dallas 3-1-1 also maintains a Knowledge database that helps citizens locate information about City Departments, Offices and services as well as important information and details about local events.

The City's 311 system does not support Internet Explorer 9 and 10. Please move to a supported browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11. Residents that have difficulty accessing the system can email the City for technical assistance at dallas311@dallascityhall.com.
