Abandoned Substance (abandoned drums or containers) To report abandoned drums or containers on city or vacant property that is leaking and is exposed to rain or that can enter a creek, lake or river. Noise Pollution Air conditioner units or other equipment that make loud noise, for trash pick-up service before 7:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m., loud music at commercial locations, construction complaints with work begun before 7:00 a.m. and continuing after 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm on Saturday and designated holidays.

Smoking Ordinance Report smoking in any office buildings, non-food related workspaces, retail stores and city owned or city operated buildings.
Dead Birds For concerns related to Dead Blue Jays from no apparent trauma. This only concerns blue jays. Smoking/Restaurant Complaint Report smoking complaints in restaurants.

Illegal Food Vending Report violations concerning push carts, ice cream trucks, catering trucks, and food preparation trucks (hot trucks) or any other food stand.  
Light Glare Use this service request to report a light glare from a stationary object.  
Noise Complaints:  
    - Aviation To report noise in the surrounding areas of Love Field, Dallas Executive Airport (formerly Redbird Airport), and Dallas Heliport facilities.  
    - Chronic Noise To report noise complaints of a chronic or recurring nature. For noisy animals use Animal Noise - DCC. For construction noise, use Noise Pollution - EHS during business hours.
