Brush/Bulk Items - Missed Report missed brush/bulky items that were placed out at least the Sunday night before the pickup week began. Lid Cover Broken - Routine Report a broken inlet cover, inlet grate, or storm sewer manhole covers that are broken, but do not pose a hazard.

Inlet/Storm Drain/Ditch Cleaning To request routine cleaning of inlet boxes, underground storm sewer main lines, and lateral lines on public property and drainage easements throughout the City. Inlet/Storm Drain/Drainage Ditch Repairs Report minor damage (broken, cracked, or has caved in) to the inlet or storm drainage ditch but does NOT cause a potential hazard to vehicles or pedestrians.
