The City of Dallas launched a COVID-19 resource and information hotline. The automated hotline offers information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The number is 214-670-INFO (4636) and provides Dallas residents with important and useful information, in English and Spanish.

FEMA Funeral Assistance

FEMA will open a dedicated call center to accept Funeral Assistance applications on Monday, April 12, 2021. Here is the information for the call center:

844-684-6333 (TTY: 800-462-7585), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (CT).

Please note the fraud alert on the website about scammers reaching out to people offering to register them for funeral assistance. FEMA's outreach for this program does not include contacting individuals or households. FEMA will not contact anyone until they have called FEMA or have applied for assistance.
