311 Services
We will be upgrading the 311 mobile app beginning Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018, at 10 p.m. The app will be available under the new name, OurDallas, the week of October 1. The 311 website will be unavailable beginning Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, at 4 p.m. until Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, at 8:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience.
