Educational Incentive Pay (applicable to all ranks)
Officers with a bachelor’s degree receive $300.00 a month. Officers without a college degree but with college hours above the minimum required 45 semester hours receive $12 per month for every additional 3 hours college credit up to a maximum of $240.00 per month.
Service Pay (applicable to all ranks)
Rate: $4 per month for each year completed/p>
Maximum $100 per month for 25 years of service
