Audit Manager

 Douglas O'Rourke has been with the Office of the City Auditor since September of 2012, initially working within the Investigative Services Unit and more recently transitioning to a full audit-based role. Currently, he assists in the review of performance engagements.

Prior to joining to the Office of the City Auditor, Mr. O'Rourke also worked for the City of Dallas City Attorney's Office and had his own solo practice.

Mr. O'Rourke graduated with bachelor's degree in Government & Politics from the University of Texas at Dallas.  He has a law degree from Texas Tech University and is a licensed attorney for the State of Texas.  He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
