How do I get added to City bid lists for future bids?
Interested vendors may get on the City of Dallas bidders list by registering online at www.bids.dallascityhall.com.

How do I obtain a directory of City Services and telephone numbers?
Our City Services directory is online. Please go to Contact the City (top navigation button) then click on Phone directories. The City Services directory is available for review or may be printed.

How is the City's telephone and long distance telephone service provider selected?
The City's telephone and long distance provider is selected through a competitive bidding process in response to City specifications.

How can I get an audio or video copy of the City Council proceedings?
Audio tapes of the City Council proceedings are available for purchase from the City Secretary's Office, you may contact a representative at (214) 670-3738. Cost depends on the number of cassettes requested. Video tapes are not available from the City as the proceedings are televised on Time Warner cable channel 16, 66 or 76 (Digital Channel 66/76) and can be taped by individuals from the live broadcast or from one of the six times the proceedings are re-televised. What is the televising schedule for City Council meetings?
The City Council meetings are televised live on Time Warner cable channel 16, 66 or 76 (Digital Channel 66/76) on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, starting at 9:00 A.M. (subject to change). The Council Briefings are televised live on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, starting at 9:00 A.M. (subject to change). The proceedings are re-televised 6 (six) times during the following week . The schedule of replays can be found on the City Channel listing.

How may I listen to the City Council meetings?
The City Council meetings, held on the 2nd and 4th Wedesdays of the month, are broadcast live on WRR radio station​ at 101.1 FM, from 9:00 A.M. through its conclusion if earlier than 6:00 P.M., or through 6:00 P.M. (subject to change).
