​To submit an application, the following are needed:

  • Proof of Insurance

  • Proof of payment of ad valorem taxes

  • Registration Fee $73

*An inspection fee of $185.64 plus $0.009282 multiplied by the total sq. ft. of building area*

Registration can be completed at 3112 Canton St. Dallas, TX, Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm.
