Illegal Dumping is the improper disposal of waste at any location other than a permitted landfill or facility. Trash dumped in unauthorized locations is not just appalling, it can cause major public health and safety concerns such as an increase in rodents and mosquitoes, related illnesses, and physical and chemical hazards. Illegal dumping is a real issue in the Dallas; and it is a problem that affects the people and the environment in which it takes place.
