Volunteer Program

The Volunteer Graffiti Program has been established to enable individuals seeking to take immediate graffiti abatement actions within the City of Dallas. This program also focuses on Graffiti Control, Prevention and Removal. However, where the Adopt-a-Block Program is geared towards sustained and acute geographically centered graffiti abatement, the Volunteer Graffiti Program gives the volunteer freedom to abate graffiti throughout the city as long as said volunteer adheres to all applicable laws, ordinances and city code.

Graffiti Wipe-Out Program

The Graffiti Wipe-Out program works with Dallas area non-profit, volunteer organizations, schools, corporations, neighborhood associations, and groups interested in eliminating graffiti within the City of Dallas. Wipe-Out projects focus on acute geographical areas where there is a high concentration of Graffiti vandalism. Groups of 20-30 volunteers are trained and given the tools necessary to paint over all graffiti in the area.
