Our Mow & Clean Operation is committed to promoting cleaner and safer neighborhoods, while striving to improve the quality of life in your community.
The majority of Mow & Clean cases are generated through a Code Officer inspection and referral process. If a property owner fails to voluntarily resolve issues on their respective properties within an allotted time frame, the property is then referred to our operations section for abatement.
Once referrals are received, crews are scheduled to perform the work necessary to bring the property into compliance. Assigned crews generate work orders for all labor and equipment services provided, the cost associated with services rendered result in a lien being placed against the property.
