The Dallas Financial Empowerment Center (Dallas FEC) in partnership with International Rescue Committee Dallas provides free access to a personal professional financial coach. In short, a financial coach is someone that helps you money related issues.

The survey, "Stress in America," from the American Psychological Association, found that 87 percent of Americans say the rising prices of everyday items due to inflation is a significant source of stress.
