If you fail to make your appearance within the 21 days, you are subject to added fines, fees, and possible warrants for your arrest.

How Much Is My Fine?

It may take up to ten (10) business days for your citation
to appear in the system. You
have the option to handle the citation by mail or by bringing your copy into
the Court to be entered. To handle by mail before the citation is entered,
provide a copy of the citation, identification, and payment. View, a list of violations and
amounts below.

Fees that are eligible to be added for failing to resolve your citation:
- $50 warrant fee;
- $30 Omni fee; and
- 30% collection service fee.
Additionally, this may also prevent you from registering your motor vehicle and/or renewing your driver's license.

What you need for all online request:
Acceptable form of
identification (Defined Here) (Social Security Cards and
Selfies (pictures) are NOT valid forms of identification.);
Fill out the Verification of Contact Information
Form and upload the completed form. (You will find this PDF link during the
online setup.);
Must have a valid phone number;
Any other forms,
identification, or paperwork required by the Court.
