The Homelessness team within Housing and Community Empowerment’s Housing and Homelessness Division participates in Dallas’ coordinated response to homelessness—aligning outreach, partnerships, and housing strategies while ensuring accountability of service providers contracted with the City of Dallas to deliver lasting, system-wide impact.
