Final Open House for all interested proposers to view the site at 4150 Independence Drive will be held Tuesday, January 10th from 1-3 p.m.  

RFP Submission Deadline Extended to Friday, January 13, 2023

This Project Development Plan for 4150 Independence Drive aims to prioritize construction activity at this location beginning with the areas of the lobby, 1st floor rooms, 2nd floor, and the 3rd floor (the “Phase I”) prior to the end of this calendar year.
