The Process: How it Works

    Individuals connect through the Housing Forward Crisis Helpline, outreach teams, shelters, or partner organizations.

    Assess

    A trained professional completes an assessment through the Coordinated Access System (CAS) to identify needs.

    Prioritize

    Households are prioritized based on vulnerability and matched with the most appropriate resources.

    Connect to Services

    Individuals are connected to shelter, supportive services, and housing programs.
