Employee Advisory Councils
Employee Advisory Councils (EAC)
are a group of emerging leaders that advocates on behalf of the employees to
enhance the quality of work life. Across the City of Dallas fifteen employee
advisory council represent the needs of their fellow co-workers in the capacity
of advocates, cheerleaders and mediators. The EAC creates opportunities
to facilitate change, to promote professional development and to recognize
employee contributions. We believe employees thrive in
an environment where diverse thoughts, perspectives and experiences are
welcomed, leading to an inclusive and productive workplace that yields great
