Enrollment Information

• This year's retiree open enrollment is Active for Pre-65 Retirees and PASSIVE for Post-65 (MAPD) Retirees: 
• Pre-65 Retirees MUST take ACTION and MUST COMPLETE the enrollment process by October 18.

Pre-65 2025 retiree benefits highlights:

• New HSA annual maximum amounts: $4,300 individual/$8,550 family.
• Wellness Incentive will continue for 2024!

Post-65 (MAPD) 2025 retiree benefit highlights:

• No changes to Medical, Dental or Vision Plan designs or premium costs.
