​​When is a super graphic permit required?

​The City of Dallas Super Graphic program was designed to add life and color to the city’s streetscape while at the same time promoting special events and other cultural or sporting activities of benefit to the City.  A permit is required for the placement of oversized event signage, including sponsor or identification signs, placed in or over a public right-of-way, or on private property, where otherwise prohibited by ordinance.
