Risk Transfer evaluates third-party contractors/vendors' contracts to identify and mitigate potential risks to protect organizational interests and to minimize financial loss to the City and taxpayers. This evaluation includes the preparation and issuance of vendor insurance requirements and compliance management to the vendors/contractors through insurance requirements and managing vendor compliance of insurance requirements. This division ensures that the insurance is maintained for the duration of the contract to mitigate the risk to the City.
