General Liability and Subrogation Claims Administration​

Risk Management, through its general liability program, fosters goodwill between the City and its citizens through its commitment to good faith claims processing. Alternatively, Risk Management’s subrogation program works to protect taxpayers’ dollars by collecting from third parties responsible for injury to City employees and damage to City property.

If you believe the City of Dallas is responsible for your loss, a claim may be filed by completing ​the Notice of Claim form (MS Word) or ​ ​​(PDF).
