Risk Management provides insurance related services to City departments through its general liability program. It also fosters goodwill between the City and its citizens through its commitment to good faith claims adjusting. The general liability department helps the citizens recover from incidents where the City is legally liable by handling claims related to the liability arising from property damage or personal injury incidents caused by the City's operations.
