  • ​Purpose: A city-initiated zoning review for the Julius Schepps/ McCommas Bluff/Floral Farms area. Meetings are held to discuss appropriate zoning, development standards and other appropriate regulations for the area to be recommended to the City Plan Commission and potential adoption by City Council.
  • The area generally bounded by Julius Schepps Freeway to the west, McCommas Bluff Road to the south, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, and River Oaks Road to the north, containing approximately 522.18 acres.
