Number of zoning cases submitted for the period ending 01/10/2023:
The Planning and Urban Design department caps the number of zoning cases processed to 10 for each submittal deadline based on the type of zoning requests submitted. The number may be reduced if many planned development districts are submitted during one cutoff period. Any cases accepted beyond the number assigned will be placed on the next cutoff. This number is updated at the end of the day on Fridays.
Currently, based on the complexity of request submitted and the number of full-time planners on staff for the 1/10/2023 deadline, 8 more applications can be accepted. However, based on the complexity of the request submitted, the number may be subject to change.
The tentative City Plan Commission (CPC) date shown for the cutoff date is dependent on deadlines for additional information being met and postponement by the applicant and/or the opposition. The date above is a tentative date.
Please note that the cases will be assigned to a planner one month before the assigned ZRT date.
