Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing Agent of the City of Dallas, 1500 Marilla St., Room 3FN, Dallas, TX 75201, until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018. The Bids will be publicly opened at 2:00p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2018 in the Express Business Center, Rm L2ES at City Hall. Bid Openings can also be viewed on the City of Dallas Webcasting Website (www.dallascityhall.com, click on City Meetings).
A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Dallas Executive Airport Business Center, Large Conference Room across from the Terminal Building at 5303 Challenger Drive, Business Center, Dallas, Texas 75237. Description of Proposed Work:
Project scope includes new taxiways to support future development of hangars on airport's westside. Run-up apron is being added on north side of existing Taxiway C thereby reducing noise impacts to residents along Ledbetter Drive. New fueling system will be installed along Challenger Drive and will include (2) 20,000-gallon Jet-A above ground storage tanks, as well as (2) 12,000-gallon AVGAS above ground storage tanks.
