​Dear Valued Customer,

In compliance with state and local sales tax laws, it is necessary that we have a signed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate on file with the City of Dallas Department of Sanitation Services every calendar year from all our not-for-profit customers, to include the State Sales Tax Permit Number.
 
We are currently in the process of updating our records. You are receiving this notification because your account has been identified as having a sales tax exemption status. To continue this exemption status, we need a current/active sales tax exemption certificate for calendar year 2025.

If your business/institution is entitled to the sales tax exemption, please complete all highlighted sections of the Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification form, provide your Tax ID number if available, and return it to our office no later than 
Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
